what if I made a mistake when placing my order?

please contact us by email immediately so we can make the correction before the item ships. if the item ships, you will have to do an exchange where extra shipping fees may occur.

 

will my item tarnish?

no, all of our items are 14k yellow gold, unless a custom order is placed and the customer chooses something different. we never do gold plated, gold filled, or gold vermeil... therefore your item will last a lifetime.

 

what if I want something in 10k or 18k, or white gold/rose gold?

send us an email about a custom order and we will provide you with options.

 

 what is moissanite?

moissanite is a natural occurring gemstone that is used as a diamond substitute.

it's a more economical choice than a diamond and some prefer it due to its ethical nature.

we use high quality, colorless Charles & Colvard moissanite.

 

what if my jewelry needs repair?

send us an email should you need any repairs, although our items are high quality, they are still dainty and fragile. please treat your jewelry with care! with that being said, things happen and normal wear and tear is normal.

you can ship us your jewelry and we will send an invoice for the repair. repairs typically take 1-2 days once received. 

if the repair is due to a manufacturer defect, we will do the repair at no extra cost.

 

how should I clean my 14k jewelry?

as with all jewelry, try to avoid getting lotion, perfume, makeup, etc on your jewelry. not because it will tarnish, but because it ruins the polishing and shine.

for cleaning, we recommend using a microfiber cloth to just gently rub your jewelry. when necessary use a mild soap and a super soft tooth brush to gently clean.

for any return questions, please view our return policy listed at the bottom of the page.

do not remove any tags or wear your jewelry if you're unsure of keeping it, it will void any returns.

 

SHIPPING

 

all orders have a standard shipping fee.

custom orders and engagement rings with high values may be subject to additional shipping fees due to extra insurance.

 

do you ship internationally?

as of now, no. we only ship domestically in the US.

we can do a custom ship if you email us, but note you may be charged duties.

 

what if my order says delivered but I never received it?

once an item is shipped, we rely on the shipping company to deliver items properly. please check with neighbors, your receiving department, front porches and mailboxes before reaching out.

if there is an issue of a package being lost or stolen, we will file a claim and try to resolve it for you, but we are not responsible for the loss. once a claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
