returns and exchanges

return policy for m. tierra jewelry

we accept returns and exchanges for qualified items within 14 days of purchase as long as items are unworn, not damaged, and security tag is still attached and placed in original jewelry box. 

your refund or exchange will be processed upon arrival and inspection which takes up to 3 business days.

please note, any made to order items, custom orders, or engagement rings are non-refundable and may not be returned.

we do not provide return labels and you are responsible for the item during the return shipping process.
